A Brief Overview
As a Salesforce Developer, the individual will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform and building integrations to other cloud applications.
What you will do
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
- Develop, either through configuration or code, in a sandbox, solutions within the Salesforce.com platform and its connected ecosystem
- Design and execute Salesforce.com configuration changes, leveraging the Salesforce interface to sync with internal tracking systems
- Apply knowledge of Salesforce development and customizations, with APEX, Visual Force, API, Force.com and Workflows, taking into account com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations, as well as NDR’s unique needs
- Understand requirements for business users and translate into design specifications, utilizing thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, Salesforce products and licensing models
- Outline options for the technical solutions, including effort estimates, based on functionality requirements from the product team
- Design, develop, and maintain integration and synchronization programs
- Design the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for custom applications and
- Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging.
- Follow established best practices and data governance procedures in development and integration of applications.
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code aligned with industry best-practices.
What you will need
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Required
- 4-6 years IT Experience Required
- 1-3 years Experience in salesforce development, customization, and/or integrations
- 1-3 years Experience with continuous delivery tools and develops practices. Required
