Customer Service Training

Safelite wants you to be confident and well prepared to succeed. So, we require that as a new hire, you attend 100% of your scheduled three-week, paid training sessions. In addition, we expect you to be on camera throughout this process. We believe you’ll appreciate these educational resources as you progress in your career.

Training Program Schedule

  • Duration: 3-4 weeks
  • Workdays: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 am-4:00 pm ET or 12:00 pm-7:00 pm ET

Training Program Phases

  • Remote classroom session
  • Start taking live calls with support & coaching
  • After training, begin working your selected schedule
