In this role, you will be a frontline leader who elevates performance and inspires growth. You’ll mentor customer service representatives, foster a positive team culture and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to world-class service.

As a contact center operations manager, you will oversee daily performance, support team development and ensure service standards are consistently met. Leading with accountability, you will manage operations efficiently and help teams deliver reliable, high-quality customer support.

Safelite contact center directors of operation oversee the strategy and execution of daily performance across teams and programs. This important role is your chance to lead with insight and ensure operational excellence that drives results and enhances the customer experience.

You do well on the video interview and are invited to attend a virtual hiring event to complete a face-to-face interview with a job coach (supervisor).

If you’re selected to join Safelite's Customer Service team, the recruiter will extend your offer and start the pre-employment screening process.

Welcome to Safelite! We’ll set you up for success from day 1 with a paid training program.

Customer Service Training

Safelite wants you to be confident and well prepared to succeed. So, we require that as a new hire, you attend 100% of your scheduled three-week, paid training sessions. In addition, we expect you to be on camera throughout this process. We believe you’ll appreciate these educational resources as you progress in your career.

Training Program Schedule

Duration: 3-4 weeks
Workdays: Monday-Friday
Hours: 9:00 am-4:00 pm ET or 12:00 pm-7:00 pm ET

Remote classroom session

After training, begin working your selected schedule
