Role & Responsibilities
Beth Knuckles will augment Brad Dickinson as a technical leader across two major initiatives: UKG Time & Labor and Oracle Fusion. The role will focus on:
- Technology oversight and vendor accountability (Deloitte and PwC) for technology solutions
- Coordination with Belron on integration-related needs and post-project operating model including helping to ensure a transition plan to steady state is successful to 3rd managed service providers via Belron oversight
- Validation of testing results and performance against business expectations
- Be a source for issues and risk escalation with the goal to guide, make decisions on behalf of Brad and/or Nada as she will guide in our support
- Oversight support for technology project managers, as needed
- Preparation of status updates and executive-level reporting
