A Brief Overview
As a Cafe Barista at Safelite's corporate headquarters, you'll be the friendly face behind the counter, crafting quality beverages and providing exceptional service to associates, guests, and leadership. You'll help create a welcoming, people-focused café experience that reflects hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

This position is for a new cafe that is opening at the Safelite corporate headquarters. The cafe hours of operation are 7am-3:30pm.

What you will do

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive guest experience. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and light food items in accordance with café standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Café Manager.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.

• Support internal catering requests and assist with setup for meetings and events as needed.

• Collaborate with the Real Estate team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold Safelite’s service standards.

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

What you will need

• High School Diploma required

• 1-3 years of previous barista and food service experience Required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Dependable, punctual and team oriented

• Friendly and outgoing personality

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
