As a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator, you will support daily operations on the operations floor supporting the location leads and supervisors with time-bound tasks to move orders through the distribution process accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Utilizing the schedule tool, releases complete orders, manages the staging area for pack out and communicates load readiness using Korber.
Prioritizes inventory replenishment based on released orders in process and add on orders.
Manages pick assignments based on the schedule.
Tracks daily productivity, monitors picker performance, and posts updates frequently.
Reports inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team and logistics coordinators.
Monitors and proactively responds to communications regarding order flow, staging, and load management.
Partners with team leads and supervisors to sustain a balanced and optimized pick process to drive productivity.
Demonstrate flexibility by undertaking additional duties assigned by management as needed.
What You’ll Need
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Administrative or coordination supporting logistics, warehousing, supply chain, distribution, or other related operations is required.
Comfort using Microsoft programs including Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with or willingness to learn Oracle and AS/400.
Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
A solutions mindset with excellent attention to detail.
