The Operations Administrator provides administrative, logistical, and office functions at the fulfillment site. What You’ll Do
Regularly prepare numerous confidential operational performance reports and ensure their accuracy and adjust based on business needs.
Compile key financial data, code invoices, and post entries to the General Ledger (GL) system.
Provide administrative expertise to leadership, including supply ordering, communication with internal/external vendors, answering calls, and addressing ad-hoc needs.
Be the face of the site, greeting visitors and directing them to their desired locations.
Schedule and plan meetings, events, and arrange travel within budget parameters.
Create associate security badges, track attendance, and may assist with associate onboarding.
Collaborate with other administrative associates, providing coverage when needed.
Other assigned duties to enable the smooth operation of the fulfillment center.
What You’ll Need
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Some administrative experience is required, strong preference to candidates with experience in supporting logistics, warehousing, supply chain, distribution, or other related operations.
Experience and knowledge using Microsoft programs including Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with or willingness to learn Oracle, AS/400, and payroll management (Kronos) software.
A solutions mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Punctuality and consistent attendance to help your teammates.
Positive attitude with a focus on exceptional service.
Willingness to assist other areas as required.
