Interested applicants must reside in the Columbus, OH area and be willing to come on-site for training, 30 to 90 days.
Compensation: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm EST
A Brief Overview
The Client Services Representative I provides world class customer service to Belron clients and internal departments by receiving and resolving client complaints, receiving and initiating correspondence, and assisting clients with other issues. This is the first level of a multi-level career development class series. Work assignments enable incumbents to obtain the experience required for advancement to Client Services Representative II.
What you will do
Receives and answers daily mail, email, and faxes from assigned insurance clients regarding various client and departmental issues needing resolution.
Researches basic pricing and other insured information, initiates outgoing correspondence to assigned clients to expedite collection of past due invoices, and documents actions and conversations in the appropriate system.
Regularly checks the status of assigned client payments and notifies appropriate internal departments when payment is received to initiate the release of vouchers and payment to affiliate shops
Processes and submits check requests for client refunds as necessary. Completes on-line check requests, seeks appropriate approval, and submits to accounts payable for processing
Performs basic clerical tasks at the request of clients, which may include faxing, copying, emailing, etc and provides assistance to the Cash Application Department by researching unidentified client payments
Other duties assigned by management.
