A Brief Overview
The organized and energetic TNC Specialist works to improve conversion in the district by ensuring we capture every sale.
What you will do
- Customer follow up
- Not scheduled – no sub status
- Call center cancels
- Web cancels
- Responding to all emails, phone calls, etc. timely and in a professional manner.
- Facilitating Pending Parts:
- Working pending parts ordered buckets for status updates and scheduling customers.
- Working with PSS Team on Pending parts ordered update status and customer
- Scheduling Pending parts received
- Reactivation of missed opportunities – customers by beginning of day working reactivation dashboard in SV2.
- Calling customers that inquired about services
- Manual tracking of all WO’s reactivated as well as all WO’s moved forward with dates of scheduled appts and a tab to verify job completion after appt date that will need to be updated daily as a District spreadsheet. SM will follow up on this daily and DM weekly.
- Moving customers scheduled UP to sooner more convenient appts, proactively working through issues to convert sales. (After inventory availability is confirmed through WHS or PSS Team)
- Delete work orders (will require role in SV2 for final delete).
- Specialist will complete this for every location
- Other duties as assigned by District Manager
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma High School Diploma or GED Required or
Experience Qualifications
- 1-3 years Related Experience Preferred
Skills and Abilities
Regular and reliable attendance
Ability to travel up to 5%
Physical requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
o Ability to work at a physical retail location within the region
o Ability to maintain a professional appearance, adhering to Company dress code policies
o Ability to satisfy all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements as outlined in the Field Supplemental Handbook (i.e. ability to wear safety glasses while working in the shop floor and warehouse)
o Ability to remain in a stationary position majority of time
o Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and courteously, adhering to all Company policies and procedures relating to safety. This includes obeying all traffic laws and regulations and maintaining a valid driver’s license with a driving record that falls within the Company requirements
o Ability to constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment, such as a phone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
o Ability to communicate frequently with customers, associates, and vendors and exchange accurate information
Telephone operations or business administration experience
Knowledge of customer service and administrative protocols
Ability to adjust and respond to a fast-paced operation
Skills in various customer service arenas
Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience using SV2 (Point of Sale Software) preferred
Ensures corporate policy compliance
Sales and negotiation experience preferred
Demonstrates of the highest level of professionalism and Safelite Spirit
