What You’ll Do
Partner with Marketing and utilize (primarily) digital, as well as conventional, sales tools to connect with Insurance Agencies and small regional and market insurance company targets.
Establish and continually evolve the marketing strategy for their region or market and develop the future state for connecting with agencies and the regional insurance industry. Create annual, quarterly and monthly marketing targets and goals, and measure performance against these targets.
Acts as a change agent and provide leadership and guidance to a team of Agency Service Representatives who connect with and develop relationships with local insurance agents to service their policyholder needs and foster strong partnerships.
Interact with large and small regional and market level insurance agency leaders to grow and develop relationships, and influence them to partner with Safelite to service their policyholders' automotive glass repair and replacement needs.
Conduct quarterly briefings, CE classes and educates regional / market insurance agency leaders and their teams about changes in our industry and new innovations in technology and insurance claims.
Regularly partner and communicate with the regional Safelite leadership team to advise them of changes in the insurance market and to resolve insurance agent concerns
Attend regional industry conventions and trade shows and expand their insurance agency network connections.
All other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience
Experience: 5+ years' experience B2B sales management experience
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time including overnight
Experience with Microsoft Office, UltiPro and Salesforce
Instructing/Training experience
